Controller and contact
KernoVoice is a product of Kerno Ops, a company based in Warsaw, Poland. For this website and the browser demo, Kerno Ops is the data controller.

Data we process
- Contact details you send to us by email or form.
- Technical request data needed to serve the site and protect the demo.
- Voice, transcript, and call metadata when you use the browser demo or an agreed service deployment.
Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to enquiries and discussing deployments - legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps.
- Operating the browser demo - legitimate interest, with microphone access requested by the browser before use.
- Providing client deployments - contract and Data Processing Agreement with the client.
- Security, abuse prevention, and service reliability - legitimate interest.
Call recording
KernoVoice deployments can record and transcribe calls for quality review. The client is normally responsible for caller notice, consent, and lawful basis for production calls. Demo calls are used only to operate and assess the demo unless another purpose is agreed.
Retention and deletion
Website enquiry data is kept while we handle the conversation and for ordinary business records. Demo and production call data retention is agreed per deployment; deletion requests are handled through the client relationship or by contacting us directly where Kerno Ops is controller.
Your rights
Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU.
